Delivery Information

How long will my order take?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, please allow 2-3 days from dispatch within the United Kingdom. 5-10 working days from dispatch for international customers.

You will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order which will contain your order number, you can log in to your profile online anytime to track your goods have been dispatched.

In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us, we will then carry out an investigation through Royal Mail and keep you informed of developments.

If we are out of stock of the items you have ordered, a member of our customer service team will inform you by email.

Exclusive made to measure items may take longer and we will contact you to discuss delivery dates.

For urgent deliveries, Bedtime Flirt can offer a next day or even same day courier service in the UK. Customers must contact us to request this service and make payment for such delivery, prior to dispatch.

How will my order be sent?

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

All of our packages are sent in discreet packaging without any branding so if needed you can have your order delivered to a workplace without anyone knowing what is inside.

We can deliver to any alternative address you advise at the time of ordering.

Currency Conversion

All our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£), the option is available at the top of every page to convert the prices into Euros (€) or US dollars ($) by simply clicking on the symbol. We update our exchange rates every hour.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail international signed for service for deliveries outside the UK which will require a signature upon receipt.

All our packages are sent in discreet packaging and if a customs form is required we mark the goods as "clothing"

Please note that all deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you.

Your order will leave the UK within 2 working days, delivery times will vary depending upon your postal service, but we estimate international orders will arrive within 5 - 10 working days.

International Returns

We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Returns must be received within 28 days from receipt of goods. The form enclosed on the front of your package must be completed and accompany your return.


Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron. We also accept payment via PAYPAL.

Promotion Codes/Credit notes

If you have a promotional code or have received a credit note via email, you can use it during the checkout process to obtain your discount which will be applied before you make payment. Simply type the code when prompted in checkout.

Currently only one promotional code can be used per transaction. There is no limit on the number of gift voucher codes/credit notes that can be used per transaction.

Where the value of the gift voucher/credit note exceeds the total cost of the transaction any outstanding credit will be retained for future redemption.

Returns & Exchanges

Here at Bedtime Flirt we want you to be happy with both our products and our service, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items for a refund you can do so via the terms and conditions below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Returns must be received by Bedtime Flirt within 14 days of the date you received your order. (7 days for Sale items). For international customers this is extended to 28 days;
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition;
  • Hosiery, thongs and knickers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. (This does not affect the return of corsets or sets that include knickers or stockings which should be returned in full.);
  • Bespoke and made to measure items are non returnable;
  • We recommend you do not send back gift boxes as these will not be refunded.

Please Note: Orders which are returned that do not comply with our terms and conditions will be subject to a £2.95 handling charge for the goods to be sent back to you.

OFT Distance selling regulations (DSR)

In line with the DSRs, you have 7 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) after you receive the goods from us to cancel your order and return them to us for a full refund or exchange. We will be happy to accept returned items outside of this period (14 days for UK orders), however this will not constitute a cancellation and we will therefore not be obliged to refund your delivery charge unless we have made a mistake with your order. You should email or write to us with your order number should you wish to cancel.

In line with the DSRs, we cannot accept goods back that by reason of their nature cannot be returned. This includes hosiery, thongs and knickers or self adhesive products which can be applied directly to the skin. The DSR also gives us the right to not to accept back goods where the customer has not taken "reasonable care" of them - i.e. if they are marked or damaged an any way or if seals are broken on liquids and cosmetic products. It also includes goods which are bespoke and have been made to the customers specification.

How to return an item

We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund.

Returns must be received within 14 days for UK customers and 28 days for international customers from receipt of goods. The form enclosed on the front of your package must be completed and accompany your return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit therefore we recommend that you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting.

As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. For replacement items you will not be charged for postage.

All refunds will be made to the card used to make the original purchase and will take approx 2-3 days to show in your bank account.
