Returns policy

Here at Bedtimeflirt we want you to be happy with both our products and our service. If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us immediately at returns@bedtimeflirt.com .

Provided that the garments are returned unworn, unwashed in good condition with all labels intact within 14 days we will seek to refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable.

We do not refund the cost of gift wrapping or gift boxes. Also due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any items from our Thongs and Knickers section or any hosiery. The Diki collection of lingerie and other made to measure bespoke garments are non refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We highly recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.

All items in our ' Sale ' are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding faulty garments, will be given a credit note only which can be used against a future order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
